Nice application and looks good but is very beta like and dont feel finish, but easy to use.
NCPLOT DRAWING FROM NC SOFTWARE
Software for CNC control (used on Mogens and Ludwig). It is also very nice to be able to check the design and gcode by visualizing it before milling it.

This is probably a good place to start if you want to learn using a CNC :) At least you don't break or hurt yourself here. OpenSCAM can simulate a 3-axis CNC machining.
NCPLOT DRAWING FROM NC CODE
My G code opens centered perfectly in NC Discriminator. Note how much smaller the icons are in UltraEdit than in NC Plot. If you are not familiar with this first rate text editor you might want to check it out. I tried using NC Plot at work today and very quickly had to go back to Discriminator. The warning for start radius and end radius not being the same is annoying. It does not display even close to properly in NC Plot. The following file displays perfectly in Discriminator ( except for G13 which Discriminator does not support. I would like to be able to just close a file. Still no way to step backwards through the code just forward. The Replace All button of the Find dialog now works the way it should - fast. The layer sequence can be changed on the settings dialog.
NCPLOT DRAWING FROM NC GENERATOR
The G-Code generator now creates code for each layer in sequence. I've also modified the DXF settings dialog. This plane allows you to rapid the Z back down from the retract height. I've added a setting for a Z axis approach plane. The toolbar button for it has been temporarily removed, but you can still activate it through the Tools menu. For arcs this is start point, end point, center point and radius. For line segments this is start point, end point and length. Object highlighting now displays the object properties in the status bar. Shift + Right mouse button pans the viewport.
NCPLOT DRAWING FROM NC ISO
ISO view: Right mouse button rotates the viewport. The viewport mouse operation has been changed:ĢD views: Right mouse button pans the viewport. You can now change the font setting for the edit window. I plan to add more toolbars as well as the option to turn them on/off. Toolbars have a new look and can now be rearranged. NC Plot v2 Beta 7 is now available for download.
